Shipping policy

Aina products are carefully made and packed in Kokkola. We deliver orders within Finland using the selected delivery method.

Orders are processed on working days. Estimated delivery is usually 2–5 working days after order processing, unless otherwise stated for the product. Delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasons.

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are shown at checkout before payment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but are happy to help with any delivery-related questions.
